Fuel leak at the in tank fuel pump by mike wenrich » wed jun 19, 2019 2:02 pm i have a 2009 e1200rt and i'm trying to repair a leak where the fuel line exits the tank under pressure to the injection system This plumbing may be traced similarly from the frame side of the pump output's quick disconnect, to the fuel regulator and out to each of the injectors, and from the regulator's return line to the other quick disconnect on the return line to the tank. That slowed the leak and then i replaced the elbow

Slowed it again but still leaks. Replaced it, resolved that issue Suspecting this might be the problem i removed the left hand side plastic and sure enough, the plastic around the fuel pump output fitting is cracked and leaking
